Summer Camp Counselor Positions
Each summer East Granby Parks and Recreation hires staff to run the two day camp programs offered. Camp Granbrook is for youth in grades kindergarten to 5th grade and Mini Adventurer Camp is a pre-school camp for our younger campers ages 3 -5 years old.
Camp Counselors are expected to be available for the majority of the summer for the weeks the program runs. Attendance at trainings is required. Youth applying must be a minimum of 15 years of age. First Aid and CPR certification is required.
Applications are due to the East Granby Parks and Recreation Office no later than Friday, April 5, 2024. They can be mailed to East Granby Parks and Recreation, 9 Center Street, East Granby, CT 06026, or dropped off at the office at 79 North Main Street, East Granby in the drop box outside the office ramp (white house on the left when you pull in the parking lot). If emailing, please be sure they are formatted in PDF, or Word format and are emailed to eastgranbyrecreation@gmail.com.
