Perfect for all skill levels, our acrobatic program combines strength, flexibility, balance, control, and coordination in a dynamic and supportive environment. This class will teach students skills related to tumbling and basic contortion and guide them through step-by-step progressions, ensuring safety and gradual mastery of acro techniques.
We will start with basic rolls, handstands, and cartwheels while building strength and flexibility, and students will be taught more difficult moves based on their abilities. This is a great class for those kids who love to flip, roll and be upside down!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced performer, come discover the thrill of defying gravity and expressing yourself through the art of acro!
