While connecting breath with movement, we will start with a warm up then flow through a series of standing and balance poses (asanas) and end class with a relaxing Savasana.
Modifications will be offered for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat. If you have blocks, knee pads or a strap feel free to bring those as well (optional).
