Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

While connecting breath with movement, we will start with a warm up then flow through a series of standing and balance poses (asanas) and end class with a relaxing Savasana.

Modifications will be offered for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat. If you have blocks, knee pads or a strap feel free to bring those as well (optional).

Spring prices for both punch cards and drop-in fees are as follows:

* 10 punch card- $100
* 6 punch card-$ 60
* Drop-in fee-$15

All drop-ins must be pre-registered.There is no longer a cash option at the door for drop-ins or card purchases. Please purchase online.
