Discover the gentle power of Qigong this spring in a three-part introductory series designed to help you reduce stress, improve balance, and renew your overall sense of well-being.
Qigong is a gentle, low-impact practice that combines slow, flowing movements with mindful breathing and focused intention to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness. Often described as “meditation in motion,” it helps reduce stress, increase flexibility, and support healthy posture. Accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels, Qigong is a wonderful way to reset and recharge as the seasons change.
Throughout this series, participants will:
- Learn foundational Qigong movements and postures
- Practice simple breathing techniques to calm the nervous system
- Build strength, flexibility, and balance through mindful movement
- Develop tools to support relaxation and mental clarity
Each session builds on the previous one, allowing you to gain confidence and gradually deepen your practice in a supportive and welcoming environment. Movements can be adapted for standing or seated participation, and no prior experience is necessary.
Step into spring feeling grounded, refreshed, and re-energized, and discover how Qigong can help you feel stronger, balanced, and more centered in everyday life.
