Sticky, Shrinky, Shiny ART-ventures

The amazingly imaginative 2 and 3 dimensional projects in this program will inspire children’s creativity as they experiment with a variety of unique art forms, tools, and techniques. Art explorers create Sequined Mexican Mirrors, Macaroni Mandalas, and Shrinky Dink Animal Pendants.

Make Funny Felt Monsters, paint Ceramic Snail Banks, and create Mini Canvas Paintings with Easels. Design personalized Pencil Cases, sculpt Sweet Treat Clay Desserts, and learn how to draw Perspective Landscapes.

Plus, paint Goofy Animals on canvases, create Colorful Pillowcases, and sculpt Clay Flying Pigs. These projects and more introduce children to a world of artistic wonder while we encourage their own original ideas and their own unique perception and interpretation of art.

If any classes are cancelled due to weather, the makeup date is March 13, 2025

This class i open to all students grades K-5.  R.D. Seymour students will be transported via the school bus to Allgrove at the end of their day.  A permission slip is needed for all students.

Class held in the Allgrove School Art Room and Pick Up will be on the bus circle promptly at 4:30pm.

Required Permission Slip
The forms link below contains the permission slip required by Seymour School, for your child to participate in this after school program. Please return the signed permission slip to eastgranbyrecreation@gmail.com no later than one week prior to the start of the program. Failure to submit a completed permission slip on time may forfeit your child's spot.
