Chef Nick Carambelas received his culinary and nutrition training from Johnson & Wales University. He has over a decade of culinary experience ranging from private restaurants, to catering, healthcare, and school nutrition. He has helped to open many restaurants in New York, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Chef Nick's love of the culinary arts only expanded once becoming a father and involving his children in the kitchen. He became more focused on childhood nutrition and the importance of teaching children how to make healthy choices and prepare healthy meals in the kitchen.

When children can help make their own food, they are more likely to try new ingredients and fall in love with cooking, which is Chef's ultimate goal and the most fulfilling aspect of his career.
