Summer Tumbling Workshop (Ages 6-12) • Register • View Cart •

Through targeted strength and stretching techniques, students will review the basic tumbling positions and work on new tumbling skills and tricks. Details such as alignment, flexibility, and safety will be emphasized.

This week-long workshop will include forward and back rolls, handstands, and cartwheels and progress to more difficult tricks like 1-handed cartwheels, round offs, and standing back bends based on students' abilities. 

We will encourage self-confidence, listening skills, social skills, and safety in this fun environment.

Please bring a water bottle. A snack and drink are provided daily.

No past experience needed - all are welcome!
