Book Discussion: Generation Sleepless

Generation Sleepless

Hosted by East Granby Youth Services, Farmington Valley Health District, and East Granby Public Library

Join us for a special one-time book club discussion on Generation Sleepless: Why Tweens and Teens Aren't Sleeping Enough and How We Can Help Them by Heather Turgeon, MFT and Julie Wright, MFT. An intimate glimpse inside a silent epidemic that is harming teens and how parents can help them reclaim the restorative power of sleep.

A representative from the Farmington Valley Health District, in collaboration with East Granby Youth Services, will lead this important community conversation on teen mental health and sleep. This is a great chance for parents to connect, share concerns, and learn ways to support their teen’s wellbeing.
