Samantha LinnerFunctional strength training classes focus on enhancing your body's ability to perform everyday movements with greater ease and efficiency. These classes prioritize exercises that mimic real-life actions, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting. 

Get your day started with 45 minutes of functional strength training with personal trainer, Samantha Linner. By targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously, you will improve your strength, coordination, stability, balance, and overall fitness!
Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance your performance or an individual aiming to improve everyday activities, you'll receive personalized guidance and modifications to ensure an engaging and effective workout experience.

Fall Session
September 12 – November 2, 2023
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:45 – 7:30 am
East Granby Farms Recreation Building (79 N Main Street, East Granby)
Sign up for one class a week for $100 or twice a week for $160.

Holiday Hustle: November-December Functional Fitness Challenge
November 14 – December 22, 2023 (no classes 11/23 & 11/24)
Classes are held Tuesday - Friday

Wednesdays and Fridays: 6:00 - 6:45 am

About the Instructor:
With 8 years experience as a personal trainer, Samantha Linner focuses on helping clients build a strong foundation for overall wellness! Having previously weighed over 340 pounds, she understands the challenges people face throughout their journey to a healthier lifestyle. She is passionate about helping clients build and maintain mobility and strength.

Samantha is an Avid ultra-runner who has completed multiple 50+ mile races including a Deca-Marathon (1 marathon per day for 10 days).
