Yoga for Runners
Did you know that incorporating a regular yoga practice into your weekly running schedule can make you a better runner?
The benefits of Yoga for Runners are endless, including, strengthening the key muscles used for running, your core, hip flexors, quads, improve flexibility and posture which is the foundation of efficient movement while running, more efficient breathing which benefits speed work and distance events, and improves your mental focus to get you through those harder runs.
This 6-week series will focus on poses that are essential for runners to incorporate into their routines.
Jennifer is a RYT Yoga Instructor in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Classes will be held both in-person and on Zoom.
This 6-week program will be held Sunday mornings at 8am. In-person class size is limited and will be held at East Granby Farms, so register early!
