"Because it's all about that Base, 'bout that Base...Part 1"



Winter Running can be difficult during the cold months.  May runners find their weekly mileage drops significantly during this time of year.  Well, Spring is right around the corner and it's time to start thinking about the months ahead and your running goals.  

This six-week base building program offered by theTotalRunner will help you gradually build your base mileage back up and lay a solid foundation for your Spring running plans.  Weekly customized running plans will be provided through TrainingPeaks and we will have two weekly group runs.  Weekly newsletters, coaching instruction, and customized Tech Shirt are all included as well.  

Group runs will be Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning.  First session starts the week of March 18th.  Registration Fee is $90.

Warmer days are here! Feeling guilty that you did not get out there and run as much as you would have liked during the cold winter months? Resist the urge to go out too soon too fast!  Many runners find their weekly mileage drops significantly during the winter months.  A solid foundation is critical in order to avoid injury caused from the winter months.  Connective tissue strengthening through a gradual build of miles i key to successful training and racing to prepare for the months ahead.  

This six-week base building program offered by theTotalRunner will help you gradually build your base mileage back up and lay a solid foundation for your Spring running plans.  Second session participants will continue to build on their first session and new participants will start their journey to a successful running season.  

Weekly customized running plans will be provided through TrainingPeaks daily and we will have two weekly group runs.  Weekly newsletter, coaching instruction, customized Tech Shirt are included as well.  

Group Runs will be Wednesday evening (6-7pm) and Saturday morning (7-8:30am).  The first session starts April 24th and will run through May 29th.
