Rise and Run!

Running early morning can be hard to stick to without accountability and a little extra motivation.  Let's be real, if you are going to leave your warm bed to get out for your morning run, you may as well do it with a group of like-minded runners to make the early roll call more bearable!

This 4-week free-style program will meet from 5:00am - 6:00am so you can be home in time to start the day and know you have gotten your run DONE. 

Both trail running and road running will be offered based on interest.

  Whether you are new to running or looking to keep your mileage going from summer, this is a great way to meet fellow local runners and run safely in the early morning hours with a large group.

Coaching support available and weekly newsletter are included.

This program will take place Tuesday & Thursday mornings
from 5:00am - 6:00am 

Session 1:  September 22nd - October 15th
Session 2:  October 20th - November 12th
Session 3:  November 16th - December 10th

The program takes place at different locations and you will be notified of the location by the instructor.

Past Participants get $5 off of the registration fee.
