East Granby Youth Services is excited to announce our new Safe Sitter program in collaboration with CPR Training Professionals. This program helps prepare students to be safe when they are home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. This instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use manikins to practice rescue skills like choking rescue!

 This is a one-day class and participation for the entire day is required.

All participants should wear comfortable clothes, closed-toed shoes and please bring a water bottle and lunch. Snacks will be provided.  

The class will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 9 am - 2 pm at the East Granby Senior/Community Center (20 Center Street, East Granby). The registration deadline for this class is Thursday, March 14, 2024.  Space limited for this class and full payment and required forms are required to guarantee your space in the class.
 
Cost: $60 resident | $100 non-resident 

The student registration form that is attached below is required by CPR Training Professionals and needs to be returned to EG Youth Services no later than Thursday, March 14, 2024 along with the student demographic form.  Forms may be dropped off at East Granby Farms or they can be emailed back to eastgranbyyouthservices@gmail.com.
