Join Sheryl Sheridan, a certified Nutritional Therapist, Fitness Instructor and on-line Wellness Coach to find out how the American Diet and old food pyramid is responsible for not only weight gain but the decline our overall health and the common ailments we suffer from on a daily basis. She will share the back to basics approach to eating healthy for weight loss and life, not a quick fix.  In addition she will discuss the label reading and how to make sense of it, the fat free/ low fat craze,  inflammation in the body due to poor gut health, gluten free facts and myths, and how healthy fats need to be part of your daily diet. Overcoming her own weight loss obstacles, her son's Rheumatoid Arthritis and hormonal imbalances, she will share her story about how food help her and her family get off all Medications.
 
Lastly she will go over simple fitness tips and ways to add balance to your life!
